Finding and hiring skilled healthcare leaders and management talent is more important than ever before. Healthcare markets across Asia are growing at a faster rate than most other sectors, and are undergoing complex regulatory and structural change. This translates into very specific resourcing needs; our clients need credible leaders that can champion change, navigate complexity and be a trusted voice for evolving their healthcare systems and services.
Our approach to executive recruitment is different. We do not advertise roles widely; instead we work through our extensive network to seek the right candidates for the role. We look beyond the job description to the type of values, attributes and outlook a candidate would need to succeed, and aim to only provide you with carefully screened, high -performing, individuals. We also recognise that executive recruitment is an investment, and we guard this by guranteeing all our substantively placed candidates are retained for a minimum of 18 months.
Increasingly, our clients need to mobilise large healthcare programmes and projects in a short timeframes to produce tangible results. This is sometimes to gain competitive advantage in an industry quickly being transformed by technology, sometimes to tackle operational or strategic issues within a current service or sometimes to replace a critical hire with speed whilst a substantive recruitment search takes place. In these circumstances, we work with our pool of interim executives who can mobilise within two weeks and bring many years of industry experience – often in very testing senior level change management roles.
Across Asia, healthcare markets are growing at between 5-10% annually, with some sub-sectors – such as private health insurance – seeing double digit growth. The number of qualified, experienced and skilled individuals to take on the challenges that rapid growth brings is in short supply, with healthcare workforce shortages and skills deficits in many countries. Having an effective talent acquisition management and retention strategy is therefore a necessity. Working alongside our parent company – Asia Care Group – we are able to offer comprehensive advisory services to help ensure your healthcare workforce remains engaged and motivated
